Minimalism is not a solution to everything, and it is dangerous to perpetuate such a one-sided view because minimalism often is implemented at a price of accessibility and user experience. Here I will give a glimpse into the dark side of minimalism and how this allegedly best-practice breaks some other, much better practices.
