Seems that Data Journalism is THE data visualization. Actually, different flavours of data visualization are so distinct, that best-practices and rules of thumb that applies to one of them will be frowned upon if used for another one. In this article, I will offer a list of those data visualization flavours, will explain what each of them is unique about.
